The college is located in Suining,the second largest transportation center of Sichuan province.Suining is in the middle of Sichuan and has a population of three million people.Sining is to the south of Chengdu,the capital of Sichuan and it's a one and a half hour drive from Chengdu to Suining.The college is in the center of Suining city.It's an advanced comprehensive polytechnic college sponsored by the government of Sichuan province.

Teaching condition:
